Captures a display or desktop region repeatedly until consecutive frames stop changing for Stable (ms), e.g. after a page load or animation. Frames are compared on a downsampled grayscale copy
Scores range from 0 to 10. Higher values mean more impact, exposure, or operational weight.

How long the screen must stay unchanged (0-600000 ms)
Pause between captures (20-60000 ms)
Maximum wait before taking the Timeout branch (0-3600000 ms)
