With Flow-Like Apps, you can manage and organize your automations within dedicated projects.

While Flow-Like refers to the overall platform—the “operating system” you access, for example, by opening the Flow-Like desktop app—Flow-Like Apps are the specific projects you create and work in.

Each Flow-Like App enables you to:

Build and organize Flows in the visual Studio,
Build custom chat interfaces and connect them to your Flows,
Create rich custom UIs with drag-and-drop or AI generation,
Link Flows to the outside world through Events,
Configure secrets and API keys securely per device,
Upload files and folders,
Model, explore, and share data in Data Studio,
Share and collaborate with your team,
Snapshot and pin Flow versions for stable entry points,
Reuse your ideas and automations with Templates.

An App is the project boundary. Its Flows contain the executable logic, while Events and Pages expose that logic as experiences. Storage, Data Studio, Widgets, Templates, roles, and release metadata stay alongside the Flows that use them.
